                                                    MAIN MENU OF QUICK PAY

1) SELECT PERIOD - choose the current payroll processing Period. For example, End month of AUGUST 2014.

2) EMPLOYEE MASTER - update employees’ personal particulars. For example, salary increments, new fixed allowances or fixed deductions, increment date, resignation date, change of EPF or taxation, etc.

3) PROCESS PERIOD - Process Period will TRANSFER basic salary and fixed allowances and fixed deductions into SALARY ENTRY. You only need to execute this function once, and then you may proceed to update individual employees’ salary for the month in SALARY ENTRY.

4) SALARY ENTRY - proceed to enter employees’ overtime hours, unpaid leaves, annual leave taken, commissions, claims, etc. When SAVE button is selected, QUICK PAY immediately calculates net salary and stores the ACTUAL salary for the month.



                                                           EMPLOYEE'S LIST NAME

* Update employees’ personal particulars like Name, Identity card numbers (both Old and New), government statutory reference numbers, spouse information and address, department, category, occupation, etc.



                                                   PERSONAL EMPLOYEE'S DETAIL

* Setup employees’ basic salary, monthly fixed allowances and fixed deductions, hire date, resignation date, confirmation date etc. 

* Setting up employees’ leave entitlements for the year. QUICK PAY allows 10 type of leaves entitlement for example Annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc. 

* Store information on actual Loan provided by the company for the employee.


                                                              SALARY ENTRY

* The Basic Salary and user-define fixed allowances and fixed deductions are automatically entered for you into the current payroll month. 
 
* You may still adjust these items accordingly without effecting your previous setup in EMPLOYEE MASTER.

  1. updating salary will be done in monthly basis only, we could divide the weekly calculation but kept by dept, only end of cut off date, send details to hr to key in. need to set cut off date between 20th to 25th, then salary could be out as early as 1th next month...my opinion and suggestion. let's explore further this apps with hr2000 then we will know the details.
